SES Issues, may be bad computer?
My MCS pigtail broke where the plastic surrounds the metal connectors. I purchased a new pigtail and wired it in. The MCS will not click, however the engine starts and runs fine. I have a constant SES light.
I tried to pull the trouble codes, but the SES light won't flash anything, not even 12. I went to the store and purchased their OBD I tester thinking that I wasn't making a good connection with my jumper wire. Code 12 wouldn't flash then either.
Could this be a bad ECM?

No, I mean the SES doesn't even flash 12. It is on steady when jumped at the terminal, or while the engine is running.
