Axle/Gears: 3.55 and 3.42 posi
prom question
i just swapped my 89 305 for a 350...it is a manual car...will i be able to use a prom from an auto 350...what would be the difference?..thanks

The only difference I know of is the computer for the auto controls the TCC solenoid. So you may get an engine light.

You will get an SES light, because the TCC would not repsond and lockup... So 95% sure that you will get an SES light. and also the Spark Advance is different between manual and auto trans... so it would be best to get an manual prom..
