86 TPI conversion - running rich

My '86 carb to TPI conversion is running, but it is running rich. I have to keep my foot on the throttle pedal to keep the engine from dying at lights and to get the engine to start. I have checked the CTS, MAT, replaced the TPS and ignition module.

I was datalogging with WinALDL and noted that the O2 voltage varies between 0.7 and0.1 when driving and at idle. I have an intermittent rich flag and EECC flag. Everything is about normal. I'm thinking the O2 sensor is flaky because the reading seems to be so erratic. I have attached the log file if someone could take a look and maybe give me a clue?

Thanks,

Duane
