350 ecu
ok heres the problem i have a 350 in the t/a but the ecu is a 305 ecu and i was wondering if i could just put in a c4 corvette ecu and it just plug right in or would it not work

im guessing its a 165 and no you dont have too replace the whole computer just the chip/memcal its not real hard theres a few that do it here , they use a moates adapter its easy and painless harris is the guys last name i think one of the moderators can expound on it im not real sure of the sponsors here as im sorta new too the forums but you can get a custom chip no probs for real

The computers are the same for both 305 TPI and 350 TPI. Its the chip, memcal, or PROM that is different. Is the car running bad right now? What you need is a "custom chip" either done by yourself, a local shop, or one of the internet tuners.

it runs alright but ocasionally it will feel like its boged down and idles weird at times and when the engine gets up to temp its hard to crank up
