RPM Gauge Doesn't move ?

I am not sure where to post this thread but ..

I just stored my Camaro in the garage for the winter and the RPM gauge on the right stays at 70 rpm. It just sits there and doesn't move at all ? Any ideas on how to fix this ?

Theres a wire that goes from the distributor to the coil i believe there a white and red one and im pretty sure the white one is for the rpm gauge you could check that or put an aftermarket tach in thats what i did.
