Why am I throwing these codes??

Today I was driving home from work and stopped to wash the car. After washing the car and driving home, I noticed the check engine light was on. As curous as I was I read the codes the ecm was throwing. And here are the codes:

33.High voltage (low vacuum) at mass air flow sensor (or MAP sensor)
34.Low voltage (high vacuum) at mass air flow sensor (or MAP sensor)
36.Burn off at mass air flow sensor OR Problem in transmission shift OR Fault in direct ignition system OR Missing pulses in electronic spark timing signal

How can both 33 and 34 be possible?? And why after washing my car did these show up?

If anyone can help me figure this out, it would be great.

Thanks,
Kyle
