Seemingly random misfire...

So i tried to pass smog in CALI. I failed at idle with 4-5 times the amount of HC's. All of the other values were fine and in the range. Upon listening to my warm engine idle, i hhave discovered that i have (thought i cured) a seemingly random misfire. It sounded fine brbbrbrbrbbrbrrbrbrbrbrbr*blip*brbrbrbrbrbbrbrbrbrbr*bablip*brbrbrbrbrbrbbrbr

Any Ideas and input is greatly appreciated, i am officially stumped. ive replaced everything aside from the motor which has about 20K on it. L98 with 193 heads...
