noid light question and i cooked my ecm?

hey all my car started and ran good but at about 2500 rpm it had a slight shake thinkin it might be a bad injector connection witch has happned to me before i hooked up my noid light with engine at idle the light stayed solid is this right? this was on cyl #8.
so after a while still toying with the car both wires pulled out of the connector and touched the fuel rail---zap--- engine died.
started car back up and ran like ****. now the right bank of injectors my noid light dont work all did i just cook the driver in my ecm? and did it hurt the chip? also i think my ecm has bein messin up cause every time i turn the key on the coolant fan runs all the time..

please help

Check for a blown injector fuse. there is one for each bank. good luck
