Code 32 help needed

I plan on removing my EGR valve and ECM with a upcomming new intake. I believe this will give me a code 32 error and check engine light. Correct me if im wrong. But what will i have to do to get the engine light off??? Any help will be appreciated.

I tried searching the forums for 10-15 minutes and couldnt find an anwser. If i missed it on the site and its a repost sorry but if u could fill me in on what i can do to fix this error please tell me.
