Help me identify this ECM?

Hi all.

New member, long time lurker.

I've got an ECM that's been hanging around the other ECM's on my shelves. I must have picked it up somewhere in my travels, just not sure where. The problem is, the service number on the label is long since worn/faded away .

It has a PROM and a calpack. The label on the PROM is AKAJ 1147. The only identifiable label inside is one on the prom/calpack board. The number is 427041112057324.

Other than those differences, it seems to be the same unit as an ASDN 7477 unit I've used for comparison, right down to the numbers on the PCB and chips.

I'm wondering what it is (ie: 7477, etc) and whether or not keep it or chuck it. At one time, someone wrote on it with a marker, but it's not very legible. It looks like it says 89 (or 1? doesn't look like a 7) 350, "auto".

If it's a 7477, I may keep it as a spare for when I install the EBL unit I plan to order in the spring....

Re: Help me identify this ECM?

According to the PROM BCC it is a '7747.
