Just got my LT, is my ECU done?

Ok, I just got my 2.8L LT that was not working. I had just replaced the fuel pump and siphoned the old gas(it was not working). The fuel pump now works but the car will still not start. It seems to be firing (turns over very fast), but will not "catch." I have spark (but who knows if its firing at the right time).

I tried pulling DTCs (jumpping pins 5 and 6 OR 6 and 12 on the ALDLC) and I noticed that the service engine light makes one quick flash and thats it. No code 12 or anything. I am starting to think my ECU is dead? Anyone expierence these symptoms.

Please help me get my car running!!!!
