Can anyone tell me if I can use this 1228746 ECM to build up my 88 IROC with 350 TPI? I bought the car as a roller and am running into issues. Bought this ECM hoping that it would fit with a changed EPROM.

Yes. But..can it be used with a TPI chip and harness?

 

do a search for "injector drivers". The 8746 drives 2 and the TPI drives 8. Not sure if 8746 can handle 8 stock GM injectors. Something may fry? My EBL-ECU was formerly a 8746. EBL-ECU can be modified for port fueling(TPI). Possibly the 8746 can be done as well.
