Need a pic/pinout of Aldl connector to ecm for 730
I think my aldl connector is mis-pinned. IIRC i pins in slots: A,B,C,F and maybe J/K (don't know). I would love to have a pic of someone's connector to see what wrong with mine. I just rebuild the engine and wanted to do some datalogging. Well I have a usb aldl connector and when I put the jumper on the pins at the usb side, the ecm goes into service mode but will not allow the computer to connect to the ecm. Also does someone have a wiring diagram from the connector to ecm incase the PO did some hack job(that maybe explains the mispinned connector). that way i can shoot the wires from each one to find the correct wire for the correct port. thanks

I took another look and I have the following pins in the ALDL connector: A,B,C,F,K,M. Can ANYONE help me out, I took a look at this website and got printouts of this diagram but I would REALLY like it to data log but every program I use will not connect. On my aldl cable, should I be making the ecm go into service mode to data log or just plug in with jumping the A/B terminals?

not sure what your cable is like but I don't think you need the jumper on a 730 ecm
