No one?

I was told by a friend that these are the wires I can re-pin to run my Fuel pump harness / relay inside the car.

I don't think this answers your question of what each circuit is used for, but I made a few notes back when I did 86 LB9 injection onto an 86 L69 engine.

Code:
copied from 1986 Camaro Helms wiring diagrams.

ALDL for LB9

-	-	-	-	-	-	-
BLANK	BLANK	BLANK	BLANK	BLANK	490
	M	L	K	J	H	G
-	-	-	-	-	-	-
	BLK/WHT	WHT/BLK	BRN	BRN/WHT	ORN	TAN/BLK
	450	451	435	419	461	422
	A	B	C	D	E	F

-	-	-	-	-	-	-

leads from ECM (that connect to dash harness in OEM app.) 8 & 7 pin.
434 & 420 are automatic only
31 is LQ9 only(?)

	A	B	C	D	E	F	G	H
	436	490	419	120	451	439	39	422 (auto)
								456 (man)
	BRN	RED/BLK	BRN/WHT	BRN	WHT/BLK	PNK/BLK	PNK/BLK	TAN/BLK (both)
-	-	-	-	-	-	-	-	-
	J	K	L	M	N	P	R
	461	437	31	450	434	420	806
	ORN	BRN	TAN(LQ9)BLK/WHT	ORN/BLK	PPL	PPL/WHT
And here is 86 F-body LB9 EFI harness connector comparison to G-body L69 dash connector.
Code:
  TPI (86 LB9) MONTE
A BRN 436 BRN 436
B RED/BLK ??? ORANGE 440
C BRN/WHT 419 WHT/DK.GRN 487
D BRN 120
E WHT/BLK 451 WHT/BLK 451
F PNK/BLK 439 PNK/BLK 439
G PNK/BLK 39
H TAN/BLK 422 TAN/BLK 422
J ORN 461
K BRN 437 BRN 437
L
M BLK/WHT 450 BLK/WHT 450
N ORN/BLK 434 ORN/BLK 434
P PPL 420 PPL 420
R PPL/WHT 806
(I made an in-between harness so the donor EFI harness could connect as many circuits to the dash of the recipient vehicle as possible without cutting etc. Such as A E F H K M N and P were the same. Others needed crossed over from one letter to another and otheres needed wired elsewhere.)
