Fuel pressure effect on o2 voltage?

Someone correct me if i am wrong here. If i lower my fuel pressure then i should expect o2 voltage to drop a little? along with my BLM rising. If IIRC, richer (more fuel in the mixture) should lower the amount of oxygen in the mixture as it passes by the o2 sensor. My goal here is to lower my o2 voltage at WOT from .920 to about .850 or less. I should be able to just lower my fuel pressure to acheive this right? ...............and no, i dont wanna use a wideband or play with my VE table.

it's not a great method of doing so, but yes, lower pressure = less flow.

not sure how much the fuel trims will effect it though.

Re: Fuel pressure effect on o2 voltage?

A .920 to .850 (or less) decrease in fuel is a pretty substantial drop. How are you planning on lowering your fuel pressure that significantly, with just an adjustable fuel regulator? Why is your wide open throttle fueling that rich to begin with? If your going to avoid using a WB and/or playing with the VE table, then I wouldn't bother lowering my pressure to get the fueling down, I would simply go with the very next sized down fuel injectors...

And the rising BLM (above 128) will be used during WOT and the O2 will be back to where it was before.
