Soooooo confused !!!!!

Ok here is the deal the best I can explain it.
Decided this past winter to clean up the engine bay and add some heddman headers and y-pipe.
Also removed the smog pump , egr ( w/ block off plate , and air lines running to headers, also bypassed the oil cooler lines.
This all of this with a friend of mine who is a decent mechanic.

Well we got the car running, but she stalls now.
Also the fans are now not turning on.
We did a vacuum check and it's fine.

I once read somewhere about having to reprogram the computer now that this is deleted. But can't find it.
I know people have gotten rid of the emissions in there cars on this site.
What do I need to do, where do I get it reprogrammed if that's what it needs.
I'm really regretting having done this to the car because we are now in august and I still haven't been able to drive it.

Any help please.
I can also supply pics if needed.
Thanx in advance

Re: Soooooo confused !!!!!

It should not be stalling just from doing those things. One fan is controlled by the ecm which gets readings from the temp sensor in the front of the intake manifold. The other is controlled by the sensor in the passenger side head. As for the stalling, when does it stall. At idle? while cruising? EGR doesnt kick in at idle. Seems like you might of missed hooking up a few wires somewhere.....
