I have a 1992 Camaro 5.0 TBI. I put the 4th gen rear in my car with 3:73 gears. my speedo is off and it says im doing 110 when im not. but im not worried about that. Here is my problem, the car shuts it self down. My question is how can I over ride this? I don't think these are flashable computers like the 4th gens. also who is good to send out my ECM for a chip or reprogramed to be able to over ride this problem? please help me out.

 

if you can find the correct drive and driven vss gears go that route. A Dakota digital sgi-5 will also cure the issue with the fuel cut off. the prom can be reprogramed to raise the cut off to 255mph but it might be best to just address the cause and not mask the issue.
