Converting a BBC with a SC to FI

Not quite sure where to start this thread. I have a relative who is running a carbed Blown big block and wants to convert it fuel injection. Any systems out there that would replace the duel carbs to run EFI?

Is he wanting to run throttle bodies on it?
The only other way really is make or buy an injector block to inject the fuel above the blower, they last longer that way.
To make the best use of an EFI system he needs to make sure he gets a system with total spark control, boost control and multiple fueling strategies.

That was what I thought using throttle bodies but I have not seen anything like that. Could you point to a setup like that? I do want to run a full ecm controlling timing and fuel not sure about boost since it is belt driven. I am not real familiar with superchargers.

I am also curious about the injector block.

That is exactly what I was thinking of doing. But wasnt sure if I could run 2 of them or 2 of them with 1 ecm.

Google blower efi

There are several companies doing efi plates and offering kits for efi roots blown type setups
Force-efi is one

Apparently not because no it won't. Won't accept boost and doesn't have any spark control.

Accel 77135W in dual form would give you 2 750 cfm throttle bodies and total spark/boost control, datalogging etc.

Or you can buy/machine a block to hold 8 injectors right above the blower assembly and that'll work as well.

With all due respect, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Rob at Force EFI. I've had to redo many of his tunes. I wouldn't let him change the oil in my lawn mower. Actually I can't believe he's still in business.

Re: Converting a BBC with a SC to FI

I know nothing of their business just happened to find efi setups for blowers. Just a reference point to show what can be done and what parts you may need. Proceed with caution as always lol
