hi
i read your reply notes Ron USMC on how to get rid of the vat system in my 90 rs (3.1 v6) but to be honest i still am not sure what to do when i look at the diagram. and the eprom thing how do you get one reprogrammed if one doesn't know anyone that does that kind of stuff.

Do a search on the forum for tuned performance. Brian is a great guy to deal with. I'm sure he would be able to help you out. Had him eliminate vats on my 89.
