Base Fuel Map & Ignition Map

I'm having a difficult time trying to program my Calmap. I have copies of files from others, but they are not close to what I got (ie: injector size, BAR sensor, cubic inch.) Can you guys post some of your "Maps" and tell us what you're running with. Thanks.

If you go over to incoming at DIY_EFI.ORG get a copy of Tuning.doc in there I have some maps, and how to tune stuff.

Each engine car combo is so different, often folks try to get something close, and wind up with more problems then just doing it.

Dee, as Grumpy mentioned, reading up as much as you can is probably the biggest help you can do for yourself. There is a good manual at Cruisin Performance. I'll have to check out the one Grumpy mentioned. As for MAPs and such, it would help if we knew what you have, in detail.

I have the Calmap Manual for vs. 6.0 and the 6.32 update, I also have the binder Accel EMIC "Training Manual" written by Ray Bohacz, (same from Cruizn Performance) a 6 page article from High Tech Performance, also written by Bohacz, a "Calmap Calibration Procedure' from RES-EFI from Texas, and a "Tuning Calmap" from Fasttrack Performance, from California. I think I have a lot of reference material available (if any body needs a copy let me know)but maybe I'm missing or not understanding something. I have a 1988 IROC w/ 6.3 litre, Vortech 6# S/C, Mini-Ram intake, 36# injectors, Art Carr transmission w/2800 stall, 1 3/4 SLP headers through a SLP 3" exhaust, stock 9 bolt 3.27 to 1 gearing. Thanks Dee.
