Modded memcal, now it's too tall. Can't put the ECM cover on.

Modded memcal, now it's too tall. Can't put the ECM cover on.
Well, I modded my memcal, installed the ZIF socket and now it's too tall to use the ECM cover. Do you guys leave it off, or do you modify the cover to make it taller?

Ok, are you saying if I have the underhood ECM I can leave the cover of the ECM off?

Nope, If in the car leave it off. If under the hood make the cover fit. You dont want anything getting in the ECM etc.. do ya.?
