Tuner needed in Columbus Ohio

Recently been finishing up my motor build whitch consist of a 355 with aftermarket heads, cam and stealth ram , been calling around to see who is able to tune a Holley stealth ram but so far no shop is able to tune the car for me and I don't know how to tune it or have the equipment for it either. Was wondering if anyone knows anybody in Columbus Ohio or around the area that can tune a tpi or a stealth ram.
thank you

Why can't a shop tune the car? What engine management system are you running?

Re: Tuner needed in Columbus Ohio

I've called around all the big shops around and either they say they don't have the right equipment or they only do 96 and up. I might just have to travel to PA if there's no other option but would prefer to stay close by since the car would probably barley run without a tune.

Everything is stock except the motor, it's a stock ecm and tpi, the new engine will just have a stealth ram, cam and heads done to it.

HSR with a cam like that... yeah probably would want someone to dial it in in-person. Though you could try contacting one of the folks on this board like Tuned Performance. My guess is he's done cars like that with similar set up.... see what he thinks.

My thought is that you'd very much want to get a WB O2 on that thing to make sure the AFRs are what you expect once the tuning starts. Definitely wouldn't want to tune blind with that kind of set up.

Re: Tuner needed in Columbus Ohio

Did you contact Dyno Tune Motorsports? They are on the far west side of Columbus. Their website still lists OBD1 tuning.
