Codes 15 and 22 won't go away
91 GTA 305 TPI. Changed CTS, set TPS to .54 Volts. Installed another braided ground strap from the block to the strut tower.
Disconnected the battery touched cables for 30 seconds. Running the factory 195^ Thermostat. Still can't shake the codes.
CEL comes on 5 seconds after starting the car. She starts up fine in the cold and runs great. Bad ECM????????

Sounds like it could be a bad ecm. Especially since you have verified the cts reading and tps voltage.
a 1228746 are fairly cheap. Just transfer over your prom.

tps should not have elongated holes for adjustment if it does try .67-.76
a link to a replacement ecm

Looks like the grounds on the tps and cts are separate. The ecm grounds behind the passengers side cylinder head.
you should check to make sure it’s a clean and tight connection.
