I am doing a engine swap, I have a 87 gta whole running car, removing engine and putting it in my 89 305 car, will i be able to use the 87 ecm and prom in my 89,

Just get a chip burned for the 89 ECM using 89 350 bin and install it with a chip adapter. 87 PROM isn't configured correct for 89 TPI. Fans won't function correctly and 89 has no cold start injection so the 87 ECM will have trouble getting it started in cold weather, etc.
