Hi all, new to this site and could use some help.
89 TPI 305 wont crank over with the key ...starter relay clicks and no fuel pump.
If I just pull the ECM fuse out near the battery it cranks over and this is confusing...why with the fuse pulled will she crank?

If the fuse is installed and I hold the realy on it will also crank over

The fuel pump will run sometimes... Vats good and it was running fine as it already has a new fuel pump, injectors, fuel regulator, complete distributor and coil...new battery alternator and starter as well as a complete tuneup...there were all part of the refresher I gave her.

have a shop manual so I can follow the wiring but what to check first?
