Supercharger ECM
Question for everyone. I’m considering purchasing a used supercharger for my 89 Corvette. It’s a 6 PSI Paxton. I’m not to nutty about the idea of using a MSD and FMU, I find them to be a crutch. Is it possible to convert to Speed Density and use a 730 ecm that runs the software from say a Cyclone/Typhoon ? I’m very new to programming to please bare with me.

Re: Supercharger ECM
Sure why not...turbocharged Sunbirds of that era used the '730. Do a search for '84Elky, he's done some development on the '730 that can utilize boost.

Re: Supercharger ECM
Yeah it works good. Code $59 was the popular code to use. Modified typhoon $58. It worked great for my 401 and 305 turbo motors.
now someone on here I believe vanilla ice has a $8D boosted code that will work. Have not tried it but it should do well and be easier to use since its much closer to tpi v8. The typhoon stuff needs major overhaul tuning. I may have some base files for my 305 single turbo deal you could use if wanting to try $59
