Has anybody else having issues with Dynamic EFI/Bob replying to emails or being Ghosted? I have sent three emails in less than three weeks and no reply's. I guess I'm being ghosted, but I have no clue why and have been doing business with them for at least three years or more. I thought maybe he was on vacation, but when I go on vacation, I at least have my phone for mail if needed. Anybody? Thanks.

I've been waiting on a reply from an email and PM as well. Hoping nothing serious going on.

Thank you both for your response. I need to get a hold of Bob ASAP and NOTHING all of a sudden! Thank you for your input. I think something is going on, just not sure what.

Re: No replys...
I had a EBL Flash ECM fail and was inquiring about whether or not it was repairable. I certainly don't blame him nor his product as I've had it over 10 years with zero issues.
I ended up finding a good deal on a used unit but would still be interested in getting it repaired if at all possible. If anything just as a spare.

Re: No replys...
The EBL IS a good product for sure and I have never had any repair issues dealing with Bob in the past, but have only had one EBL bad and that was caused by user intervention and was toast. Bob just replaced the entire ECM/EBL. I have a spare EBL just in-case mine goes bad. I see no reason why he wouldn't repair it if possible, just need to get a hold of him which is the issue right now.

Yikes.. Hopefully he's ok.
He's helped me out quite a bit over the years (both on the board, as well as via email a couple of times... and I didn't even have an EBL).

He’s a great guy, can’t believe how knowledgeable he is. Wish I was half that smart 😆. No phone number on his site to contact either. Just hope he’s on a vacation

Still nothing I guess? I emailed him last week and got nothing so far either. never had an issue before with him replying but that was a few years ago, just when I need his expertise, but ah well, he's been doing this for a very long time he can definitely go AWOL at any time he likes!

Still no word on my end. This IS so frustrating it's not funny.
If anyone hears from him, please post up here...including Bob. I think the last post on here from Bob was around July 20th? No word since.

Still nobody hearing from Bob? I feel like Bob is OK and has seen these posts, but for whatever the reason has decided not to respond.

Tom, I don't think Bob is ghosting anyone. I reached out to him in a few other areas as well and haven't heard from him either. Knowing him there is no way in heck he would ghost anyone, very standup guy. Going on two months now though, its possible he took a break and is on vacation. Honestly wasn't worried up until this point though, but now I'm starting to.
Hopefully we'll hear from him soon...

Thank you for posting up for sure and I HOPE you are right. I've been doing business with Bob for a while now and this is the first time something like this has happened, but unfortunately many others are in the same boat, so I have no idea what is going on at the moment. Yes, I thought the same thing about the vacation, but like you said, it's been almost two months and NO word at all. He did send me email a while ago saying he wanted to retire this summer, but if he did retire, I would think that he would have made some type of announcement like, "hey all, closing up a the next 30-60 days giving you a heads up" kind of thing, but nothing, not even on his site.
Hope everything with you is going well and will be getting with you a little later this winter. I just had a shoulder rotator done three weeks ago and in a lot of pain still, but on the road to recovery.
