One is
PE% Change to Fuel/ Air Ratio VS Coolant Temp

the other one is
PE % Change to Fuel / Air Ratio VS RPM

It is how much fuel is added at that RPM when in Power Enrichment

What program are you using?
I am using Tunercat .

You have TPS Threshold for Power Enrichment VS Coolant Temp
Table of differential percent throttle position thresholds to enable enable power enrichment (PE) mode Vs. RPM when the coolant temperature is above the value specified by the Minimum Coolant Temperature for High Temp. PE AFR constant.

They are for adjusting the how far you can push down the throttle before going into PE mode.
I do not have anything that says arrays.

Who ever defined that table in "WinBin" didn't properly describe it. If you give me the address it is affecting in the BIN, I will tell you which table it is. Or, you can look in the $8D hack for the address and see the exact table it's hitting.
