what are the uses of a vss if tcc is disabled?

IAC reset,
throttle follower.
It's better to use it, and get things correct.

Ok thats good to know. In the sd winbin programmer what do I set to disable tcc? In the maf bins its fairly easy since all i do is is make the tcc values ridiculous but the sd bin doesnt show anything obvious.
