Why does it...

Stall? It will run fine for a while then out of the blue stall. It seems as though after I make a 1/4 mile run it will not idle on its own. I have to just apply a little gas for it run. If I leave off it will start surging then stall.

I upped the TPS EGR to 99% disabled it in the switches table..

It appears that the AIC is working OK. Counts are between 25-40.

It really does it when I run the car hard....

Any ideas..I have read and read, but most of the posts are pretty general.

Thanks.

!/8-1/4 turn at a time, srew the min idle speed srcew in. And not the change to your IAC. What I like to do is set the commanded idle speed to a fairly low number, and then set the min idle speed screw to slightly higher then that. That way reguardless of what the IAC does the engine shouldn't stall. And you want to turn the screw just slightly, and drive the car, don't just let the engine idle and twist the srcew expecting the idle to change, and stay there. I turn the engine off make an adjustment, drive the car and then note the change after 1-2 of low speed driving.

Is that going to cause the IAC count at idle to be 0? I thought you wanted a few counts at idle...say 10 or so.
