Idle tuining-Irregularities in Scalars vs. actual reading

Guys, Today I decided to take the next ohhh 4 or so hours to try to help my poor car's idle. I did quite an extenxive datalog of my idle characteristics.

In looking at the WINBIN editor's MAF scalar tables on the ARAP.bin everyone is so familiar with. I noticed that at .55V (Which I assume to be the TPS Voltage reading), that 6.21 is the value entered in that box. In looking at the data on my log file I find that I am closer to 9.0 in Open loop and an average of 8.75 in closed loop. Now I do have the idle turned up because #1 I am not using my shot IAC anymore (soon to get a new one) and #2 I have a 110* LSA cam that pulls very little vacuum.

Now idle in Open Loop is set at about 1100 in Park/Neutral, the car idles very smooth. (However, this is not to be confused with an SES code induced open loop... the car idles like a dream in this altered state). In Closed Loop idle is so erratic that I can't differentiate any numbers in the MAF reading between 1150 and 850 RPM. It jumps around a lot, the idle that is. I guess it doesn't matter anyway, the throttle is still at .55V.

Now here are my questions, Should I change the MAF tables to reflect the actual readings at the given throttle positions?

Also, At idle in park/Neutral in closed loop. The car will have a Coarse BLM of 128 which slowly increases as the INT and Fine fuel BLM skyrocket. The Coarse usually doesn't increase(or decrease depending on if you're a half-full or half-empty kinda guy) much past 144 but the other 2 max out. The resulting idle surges violently. Is this a function of the injector pulse width? Glenn mentioned it yesterday, that I might try this approach. Can I change the PW to try to assist this? Or is there a sequence that I have to complete before I should try to fiddle with the PW?

I am running the stock injectors if that helps at all. Also, the violent idle usually only occurs when the car is in gear with an LV8 variable of around 52 or so, usually.

Any help is appreciated. I am gonna try to compile info into another tuning article so any info is greatly appreciated

Haven't looked at this for a while. Why no answers?
Also, since I have headers, should I have a heated O2? I still wonder why I don't get any readings at all in that category on Moates Freeware.

you should be using a 3 or 4 wire o2 with headers. headers typically have a poor ground path for the 02 sensor body. i would say see if yr o2 sensor is even working. it would check it with a DVM to verify what yr scans already show. you have no o2 voltge at idle. btw this will make a maf car go insane.
