BLM's stuck at 160!!!

I recorded some data from my car today after the 730 swap. BLM's stayed at 160 in all 46 frames. RPM range 600-1400 (car wouldn't idle) INT were between 129 and 156, MAP was between 57 and 78. The only thing I modified in Tunercat (AUJP bin)was the injector constant and cylinder volume. Any suggestions?

Where did you set the injector constant? Sounds like you set it too high.

I set injector constant to 26 Lb. I believe that is what injectors are in it. They are light blue top Ford injectors.

25.2# was the setting mine liked w/ the blue SVOs and pressure set to 46psi.

Lowering your injector constant will cause the ECM to pulse the injectors longer, increasing net delivery and pushing your BLMs down. Whip out your chip burner and start burning.

Try setting the injector constant to 23-24 and see what effect that has on BLM's.

Set Inj. Constant down to 24 and it is idling better but shouldn't I be messing with the VE tables to fix this instead of the Inj. Constant (just seems like a band-aid to me) or is it typical to have a different Inj. Constant setting different from actual size? Also, when you first start a cold motor in open loop what parameters does the ecm use to get a base pulse width for Inj? What can (and should) I change to play with my cold start open loop A/F?

Found the answer to my second question in Tunercat there is "Open Loop %Change Fuel/Air Ratio at Idle" it is set at 0 now so if it changed to say 5% will that make the A/F ratio 5% higher to 15.46 leaning it out more or am I Bass Ackwards?

Isn't that post about MAF? I'm running SD. With all the data you have the option to change in TC, I am afraid to mess with anything too much for fear that if I change the wrong thing now then down the road I find out I should have messed with something else first.
