memcal issues

heres a little background info before i get started.

94 sonoma with 16197427 ecm, 4.3v6 and 4l60e trans.
getting ready to swap to a 350ho

does anyone know if i can take out the v6 memcal and order a 350 application memcal to use and get the 350ho engine running before i start to burn chips. trying to gather all my equipment before to start to burn but i would like to have the engine running also. i know this is the the 3rd gen site but for tbi this is the most comprehensive site to use

7427 sounds familiar as a v8 ecm.
All things being equal swapping the memcal will allow you to run a v8 with it.
