Most of you will start laughing at my question as soon as you read into it, just don't **** your pants laughing too hard. My friend and I are doing a 305 to 350 swap out of my 92 Z and have a 730 ECU. What would we need to do to just get the thing running right. (Burn a PROM, Custom Chip, ect.?) I realize the calibration PROM needs to be changed, but how would I go about doing it.

 

Is it a stock 350, direct transplant from one F body to yours?
If it is then you'd just need to get a calpack for a V8 to go along with the proper ECM for it.
To change the calpack just open the little door on the ECM and look for the chip set and remove it. Installing is the reverse of removal.
