Anyone have this problem?
I'm getting inconsistent BLM's at idle. For example, one time I'll fire the car up and I'll get an almost perfect 128/128. The next time I'll get 120/126, and then the third time I'll get a 140/138 or something like that. This is on the same day, very nearly the same temps outside. Car at the same temps. I'm wondering if there is a way to adjust this out? I'm using Tunercat, is there something in a different tuner to do this?

Have you been editing the MAF table or trying to get by with juggling other entries?.
Lieing about the injector constant can lead to things like that.
Some of the large engines with stock sized injectors will take large swings in BLs to make just a small change in fuel relative to the larger engine size.

Ok, my bad here. I thought my sig was updated better than that. I'm running a '730 ECM with 30lbs Ford injectors. I've got the FP set at 50 PSI and the IC set at 30. Seems to idle good, and it doesn't seem to change up when at slightly higher RPM's, just at idle. I was using Trax's method of percentage changes to correct the BLM's, and for the most part it seemed dead on. Other than the idle. It kinda drove me batty, because I'd take a reading, change it, and then it would read the opposite. So for now I tried to split the difference. Is there any known problems with the Bosch O2 sensors?

If your running 50 PSI then the IC set at 30 when running 30s will be wrong. You need to recompute the IC.
Also boosting F/P pressure can not be as linear as your might expect. Especially at shorter PWs.
The Bosch O2 sensors (NB), don't even make good sinkers for fishing. I got 3 junk ones in a row. Use the AC or Delcos. Heated is always a good thing.
Hmm, I was afraid you'd say that about the Bosch. Oh well, guess I'll try a Delco and see what that gets me. I may have to live with this for awhile though if it's because of my IC, any higher and it starts maxing out tables, so I guess I need more injector.
