Changed injectors, runs rich in open loop?

Changed injectors, runs rich in open loop?
I have changed my #22 original injectors to Accel #24 injectors, and adjusted the injector constant to 25.83 @ ~46 PSI.
The car runs great, and I have borrowed an emissions sniffer and tested it, seems to pass good with this setup... (HC 20/100, CO 0.02/0.5, O2 1.11/1.25).
But, it smells like the car runs rich right after I crank it, what is the best way to fix this? I am running a mildly modified version of my original ANYJ chip.

That can be kind of a sticky wicket area.
It can be rich from the prime start signal. or from the first run stuff.
If it's from the prime signal there are several easy things to try. One is the base pulse width for crank. Then CTS crank PW correction, and then there is the crank PW vs ref pulses. I'd first try the base pulse width for crank correction.
Then if it's from the first run area then you might lean down the MAF area at the lower then normal idle gm/sec area of table one. ie if your normal idle air is 7 gm/sec, then at the less then 6 gm/sec area try leaning down a LITTLE.
