Yes, there was a TSB on faulty programming on all 1986 TPIs. The MAF tables and O² tables were written so "tight" that they were intolerant of normal system variations, setting inadvertent SES lamps and DTCs. Also,TCC lockup points and target idle was inappropriate for the car, and those were adjusted in the factory upgrade PROMs' programming.

all i want to no if this chip is bugged if so i will order the good one tomorro

This is a "bugged" factory PROM:
You have exactly the same OEM that I did. You'll definitely notice a performance difference, if for nothing else than the improved TCC control and spark advance.
