Help a Newbie!
Hey my Ford-crushin brothers, I'm a lifelong 3rd gen freak with a paxton equipped 91 5.7 1LE Z28. My question: I just acquired a good used laptop ( NEC Versa 4200 ) for free and was wondering what would be the best way to adapt it for scanning. I'm not gonna be burning PROMS, just want an easily understandable means of monitoring engine parameters and recording runs. If someone could provide a short list of software, connectors, etc. that I would need I'd sure appreciate it. I'm not real computer proficient, so ease of operation would help. Thanks TPI Gods!!
