I recently bought a EPROM 5 programmer and I'm having problems with the software. I downloaded it as instructed, but it keeps complaining about "run time error 372'', and something about "Common Dialog Error". I am a newbie if you havent noticed, and this is mainly greek to me , but I'm trying to learn. I have emailed the maker, but havent had any resopnse yet. Anyone have suggestions?

 

I have a epromer5 and do not have any problems like that. I will tell you that I did have a different problem, I emailed them about a month ago and have not heard anything yet. I was able to figure out my problem on my own. I wish you good luck hearing from them. I would try uninstalling the software, re-download it and reinstall it. Other than that I have no idea.

 

download the exe file put it on the desktop and see if it works. that install program crashes alot.if you have win98 or newer the files it needs should already be on your system.
