This happended a while back. Don't know why but can only post pic's now. I asked Tim (Trax) about it since it would be useful to be able to post zip's once again.

hardware/software sure isnt my strong suite :-)

oh well, maybe if we do a little gentle prodding we can find out why or get it so we can post .bins again(please)

The down side is passing around poorly done .bins.

Overlooking anything and assuming a .bin is good because it works well in someones car, is a big jump in faith, IMO.

While folks would like to distill tuning into just pasting files together, it just doesn't work out well when you do that.

It would be nice to assume that any bin you might want to run is safe, but errors do happen, and if it costs someone an engine that's real expensive. You can post all the cautions you want, but lawyers exist for settling things that one side of an agreement doesn't like after the deal is done.

I've never run a bin in my car from anyone else, cept a so called expert that cost a lot of money :-) Then i started doing it myself and im faster too :-)

Got to admit it is kind of amusing knowing someone will just throw a bin into their car and go oh yeah well his car was kind of like mine :-) oh well, guess darwinism should be left to sort them out :-)

I was just curious about posting it more or less for feedback and the apples and oranges comparisons from other folks who have similiar combos and the different ways problems were approached and /or resolved.. Always a million ways to skin a cat lol just seeing how everyone does it may give me an idea to improve upon my own skinning :-)
