What do the flags mean in the 746 .ecu?

I downloaded this file off of diy_efi and using WinBin to read it. All of the 3d and 2d and the constants are labeled, but the flags aren't. Do you guys know what each flag means??

For example, "Options @ 0x0006" and then there are 8 bits (flags) defined.

Here is the link where I got the file:
ftp://ftp.diy-efi.org/incoming/8746jonprevost.ecu

Thanks!!

I'm really new at this and am trying to start small with just changing the flags.

The problem with ecu file formats is you have VERY little room to be descriptive. So in that version I just left it as b0-b7, in the version I was JUST about to release before my computer crashed hard I used GMecm edit and it has room for comments. In that section I commented EVERYTHING, including options. It's a shame my computer took a crash because it was really well done. I fixed everything and added a bunch of new stuff. It will soon be released but I haven't had the time to order new computer parts. Will happen this week and hopefully have the version released the following week.
