Blm ??

My BLM's are 128 at idle and around 114-118 at WOT. I know that around a 14:1 AFR is ideal at idle and 12.8 is about right for WOT. Should my BLM be 128 all the time? Just cruzin' it is around 121-124. Also, is there somewhere I could find the definition to all the numbers that are scanned in by WinALDL?

I adjusted my fuel pressure and now at idle I am around 121. But at WOT I am at 128. Anyone have any answers to the other questions?
