Wideband controller

Is this the same idea as the wideband controller kits that everyone is building?

I already know about the DIY website no need to point that out. Im just looking for other solutions rather than having to build my own one.

Looking at some of those prices make me think twice. I think I'll stick with making my own DIY-WB

Yes, their unit does look promising. Even the price is good as it also includes a sensor.

FWIW - According to this thread, the Bosch sensors are only $30 now:

It is a fluke. Most likely the part has the wrong price on it. Heck you can't buy a decent 3 wire heated NB for that.

WB O2 sensors are from $200 and up.

Check out what Innovative sell the sensor for. [O2 Sensor (Bosch LSU 4.2) - $59] This is directly off their web site.

The $30 VW sensor is a wide band sensor. You can use the $30 sensor with Innovate and Tech edge controllers. Also it is a Bosch sensor a LSU-4 not the same as the L1H1 sensor. The LSU-4 dosent read as rich as the L1H1(LSU-4__10.5 to 1AFR L1H1__8 to 1AFR)also the response time is a little less than the L1H1.
