749 Please help

I finally got 749 conversion done. I tried using the 1550BBZB bin and the 4175 AYBN bin and I can't even get the car to idle let alone run. I raised and lowered the BPC vs EGR% and nothing happens. It is running very rich and I can't figure it out. I have done a ton of searching, but I can't seem to find the answer. What am I doing wrong? Before I switched to the 749, I was able to run the car (not under boost) very well with the 730.

92 Camaro Z28, 350, Dart 200cc heads, 10:1cr, LT-1 intake, 42lb injectors, Procharger F-1.

The Sy's ran 30s.
With the 42 you need to seriously drop the BPC.
I'd suggest setting the closed loop enable temp to it's max, so that you just chasing one thing at a time initially.

Heck, here's an early table of what I'm running with 60s on a 231.
F30 seems to be a VE added.

I doubt your combo would run well with these specs., just something to look at and compare.

If you have a scan of the 730 stuff log some of the 749 even running bad to be able to compare how far you need to change things, and when you make a change how far things do move.

I forgot to mention that I am using Tunercat so a lot of that doesn't make much sense to. I looked into Promgrammer, but I'm not familiar with all of the hex stuff (spoiled by TC).

I tried to lower the BPC vs. EGR to .070 from .089 and it still didn't change much. Do you think that I need to go even lower? I didn't want to go too low concidering that it was such a small number, I figured a small adjustment would be a big change.

TC has the three tables I listed.
Least the 32K version does.

With time Hex gets to be normal. Try slowly using it more and more.

Wow, I couldn't believe how much better mine ran with the 749 as opposed to the 730 . I changed the BPC vs. EGR to .073 across the board (AYBM4052 bin) at first and couldn't believe how the car responded right off. I think you will be more than satisfied once you get it going. I was. I haven't been able to try it out with the new WB and Grumpys tips yet but hope to have the tranny back in this weekend.

I used to edit Hex for an old RPG game on the computer. I would modify my saved game hex code and end up with all kinds of crazy items (shining rock of +9 charisma LOL!). But since this stuff will be used on my car I dont feel comfortable making changes at the hex level yet. I can see where making changes at the hex level would be alot faster and easier when you know what you're doing.

I brought BPC down to .063 and what a differance. Idles almost in the 128/128 range. This is the first time I have been able to drive the car with this new setup (LT-1 intake, and Procharger) and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!! I still have much further to go but I must say I am impressed!

Not trying to hijack this thread or anything, but have you had any starting problems with the 749? With my car I'll crank it, it'll fire right off then die. This will repeat a couple times till it gets kinda loaded down, will backfire a bit, then idle fine. If I crank it after that it starts right up. You have any problems like that?
