Run Two Chips ??
I'm way ahead of myself, seeing as I haven't burned a single chip yet, but ...
I was struck my the ample amount of prototyping room in the ECM box, and got to thinking.
Could I wire two ZIF sockets in place of the one?
The idea is to wire them in parallel, pin for pin, except for the power pin.
Those would go to a three leg A/B switch.
Performance chip in one, and economy chip in the other.
Driver's seat selectability.
Thoughts?
