'87 5.7 BIN vs '88 5.7 BIN

Does anyknow know Without a doubt that the '87 and '88 5.7L TPI Camaro Memcals have the same settings? IE fuel/timing? Or are they different..

If they are different, anyone know where I can find the '88 bin?

I have a many many bins, but I don't have them listed by year. If you know the broadcast code of the bin I can look and see if I have it.

The 88 used the $32B "mask" and some settings are different.

According to Traxion's Prom 101 says both 87 and 88 are $32B

And here I was told that the $32B was a one year wonder...kinda like the 870 ECM.

It's hard to find good reliable info.... especially when you are bin and ecu searching for something new. I have a bin that I don't remember where I got that says 88GTAStock but who knows the legitimacy since it looks SO much different than my '87.

The only true way to know you have a "virgin" bin would be to read it off of a stock memcal.
I downloaded all of the F body bins from the DIY EFI FTP before it disappeared. I'll look through the disk and see what I come up with. I'm pretty sure that no 2 years .bin files were the same in these cars, little things like spark tables were different, TCC speeds, and I think the MAF tables were a little different from year to year. Each year was another step in the TPI's evolutionary devlopment, culminating with the 89 ARAP bin (for MAF's anyway)

87 and 88 were both in fact $32b while 86 was $32.

My '87 corvette used ABTB as its code, but I guess that doesn't help much here.
