i dont see that grumpy. under flags i have six options to choose. Diagnostics @ 43A, 43B, and 43C. then i have options @0x0005, 0x0006, and 0x0007. there are numbered boxes under the diagnostics and the "B" boxes under options. do i just click off the "32" box under diagnostics?

i just tryed to change the on temp to 254 and it wont stay changed. anything above 150 and it changes it to a negative number. i type in 152 and it changes it to -40. is there another way to disable egr. maybe withthe tps, speed, or low map are my other options in it.

There are two EGR temperature locations (I don't have them with me). If using a hex editor set them to 0 (inverse temp term).

It sounds like you are using an editor and the conversion is off a little or such. It may be that 151° C is the max temperature. Set it to that and try it.

Don't worry about the malfunction bit. Get a hex editor and goto $20C and then $20D in the bin and set them both to zero (0). Your EGR will then be disabled. Don't forget to redo the checksum before burning the chip.
