Turning off the emissions stuff?
I have the diagnostic for the EGR off so I get no check engine light.
Do I have to do anything to the tables that deal with EGR or other emission devices in order to eliminate the computer from trying to work them? If so how?
I did try to search but drew a blank...

You'll want to set the EGR temp enable constant to the max value of 255. I don't think you need to do anything else.
