Regarding scan software and datalogging

What do you guys use to get a well-defined graph of like RPM vs TPS vs MAP vs Spark, etc, etc. I ask because I've used Datamaster, and I'm amazed at how small and un-defined the graph function on it. Am I missing something? I think the Moates software has it, too, but it's in a DOS GUI, which is not friendly on the eyes an all.

I also need to be able to see at what values I'm getting knock - so what do you guys use to plot these values and be able to see them clearly and adjust accoringly in an accurate way?

Also, I've tried Moates, Datamaster, Freescan, and Carbytes. I COULD NOT get Freescan and Carbytes to work. Why would this be? I was really excited about using Freescan, but oh well.

I use Craig's software. You log the data then import the file to Excell and have it graph it out, slick.

I use EASE which allows you to zoom in and out on any segment of the graphs you'd like to.

Yeah I thought about using Excel with Moates logs, I just wanted to know what you guys are doing.

Tell me more about this EASE?

I use the ODBI version which was $315+ shipping.

Holy cow. Maybe once I get good at it, it'd be a good investment.
