First timer question-all zero's

When I read my stock prom using Moates programmer then open it with a 32b mask in tuner-pro everything is zero's.

This is my first attempt at obtaining a bin file of my stock chip.

I have been able to program various bin files to a 27sf512 chip and read it back just fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Long ago when I first found out about this stuff I knew I had read somewhere, probably here, that only the lasf half of the chip is used for the program.

So I downloaded a hex editor and opened up the file, sure enough the data starts at 4000.

A quick stack and all is good in Tuner Pro.
